Add processing for FUSE_CAP_HANDLE_KILLPRIV and disable it by default
'FUSE_CAP_HANDLE_KILLPRIV' is not enabled by default anymore, as that
would be a sudden security issue introduced by a new ABI and API
compatible libfuse version.
